Our business utilizes Shopify Inc. to provide our e-commerce platform which allows the sale of our gifts and drinks to you the customer.

  1. Store Terms

This Product is offered and supplied by Robin Ave Liquor, [Liquor License No.32056714]. Please note, this product cannot be delivered to Dry Zones.

Robin Ave Liquor supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Warning - Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (penalty exceeds $17,000), for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (penalty exceeds $700).

You must not use our products for any illegal practices. You must agree to not resell any of our products for more than our advertised price in store or online. We also can refuse any customer at any time, for whatever reason that may arise given the current situation.

At Robin Cellar & Gift we provide a 30 day warranty with any product that you purchase, to provide a piece of mind to our customers. This applies to any gift item or alcohol product in store. Conditions to this warranty include that any drink item with the seal opened will be unable to receive a refund for the product.

We will not be liable for any description or pricing errors that may occur on our website. Customers are to be wary of this when making decisions as an old, cheaper price will not be offered just because the price of an item used to be cheaper. We also have the rights to discontinue any item or product at any time. Any differences in the interpretation of the ‘Terms of Service’ between Robin Cellar & Gift and the customer will not be liable against the team members at Robin Cellar & Gift.
