Shipping Policy

All of our products are shipped by Aramex Couriers and Australian Post.

Prices will differ depending on how far away you are located from our store, whether you are located in a rural or suburban town and the weight and size of your parcel. All of our orders aim to be dispatched within 48 hours of us receiving the order so you can you package as quick as possible. All of our deliveries will arrive during normal business hours. For any deliveries that may be arriving, we recommend monitoring your tracking number to ensure that you are home at the time of delivery.  

Robin Cellar & Gifts takes no responsibility for any gifts or alcohol that are lost or damaged during delivery. If the wrong address is placed on the order the onus placed on you as we have no control of the product then. It is a requirement that for any alcohol product that you are 18+ otherwise you won’t receive your product with no refunds.  We also don’t accept any refunds after the product has left our store.

Click and collect is also available in store, allowing you to purchase your product on line and pick it up in store at any time during our trading hours.

COVID and increased package volumes  has effected some of our delivery times so please be understanding you your parcel is taking slightly longer than expected.

Shipping to Melbourne: 1-2 days

Sydney: 2-3 days

-These times may vary during peak times and are only estimated times that may vary due to unexpected delays (Eg. Christmas)

We do not deliver to Northern Territory, Western Australia or internationally.
