Returns and Exchange Policy

Certain products may appear online but are no longer available in our store. In these cases we will notify you as the customer that the product might take longer to get to you, as we will have to get stock from our suppliers. In some cases there may be no stock remaining from our suppliers or in store. In this situation you can choose another similar product that you may like of the same or similar monetary value or we can provide you with a refund in full.

Our website aims to show our product information as accurately as possible, with prices appearing the same as in store prices, almost all the time. We cannot ensure that your computer screen will distort the colours of any products that way differ from our in store products. The descriptions of our products are all subject to change at any time period with no notice.

Under our exchange policy we are able to limit the sales of our products to individual customers or geographic region.

If a product is faulty or damaged you may return it within 24 hours of your purchase with full receipts, under the Australian Consumer Law. We however don’t except returns for change of minds, wrong colour, don’t like the taste or wrong size of items. If alcohol has been opened we will be unable to provide a refund on this product.
