Where are you located?

We are located at 62 Robin Ave, Norlane on the corner block with blue signage.

 

How long after ordering can I pick up my order?

We aim to provide you with your alcohol  products ASAP, therefore we aim to have your order prepared for you in 10 minutes. 

How much does local delivery cost?

Local delivery to customers in the Geelong, Norlane, Corio area is $10. Area's outside these zones will be more expensive.

Is there a minimum spend?

There is no minimum spend on our website. For any efpos transactions in store there is a minimum $5 spend. 

Can I change my order?

Yes you are able to change your order if it hasn't already been shipped out from our store. Our friendly team will be able to organise any changes in items to whatever you may like.

Are orders able to be placed at any time?

Orders are able to be placed at any time, however these order won't be processed by the team at Robin Cellar unless its during our operating hours. 

Will my alcohol purchase be chilled?

You may request if you would like your item to be chilled or to be room temperature, if we have stock in store. We aim to have all products chilled for our customers, however we cannot guarantee that this will always be possible.  

Can I return my order?

You may return your item within 30 days of your purchase with full receipts. If your product has already been shipped out from our store, we will unfortunately not be able to provide a return. A return of order can only occur if the customer organise's and is responsible for the price of shipping the product back to our store.
